ACENZO LLP is seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 3D Visualization and Graphics Illustration skills having 1-10 years of experience, specializing in large scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create architectural visualizations, including 3D renderings and graphics illustrations, to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Utilize advanced 3D modelling and rendering software to produce high-quality and realistic representations of architectural projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and clients, to translate design ideas into compelling visual presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to 3D visualization and graphics illustration to enhance creative outputs.
- Ensure consistency and quality in visual communication materials throughout the design process.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues in incorporating 3D visualization techniques into their workflow.
- Contribute to the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation through visually engaging graphics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience in architectural visualization with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings and graphics illustrations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modelling and rendering software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray).
- Exceptional graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of visual quality.
- Knowledge of architectural principles and design concepts.
